HOW TO USE THE ACUPRESSURE MAT

Now that you have the acupressure mat it’s time you put it to use. So set aside 20-40 minutes for yourself and you can enjoy the full benefits of the mat peacefully. Place it in your bed, on a chair, or on the floor. If it’s your first time using the mat you may wear a light shirt as the pointed tips may be a bit uncomfortable initially. But over time your skin will adapt and you won’t feel a thing.

DURATION

 RECOMMENDATION

Lay the acupressure mat on a soft surface if it is your first time using it and slowly lay back on the mat until your back is flush against it. We recommend wearing a light shirt so the little rubber needles don’t cause you any discomfort. Let your arms hang at the sides, close your eyes, and allow the acupressure mat to work its magic!

You can either place a light towel over the acupressure pillow or wear a long collared shirt when using the included acupressure pillow to minimize discomfort. Lay on the pillow with your neck firmly pressed against it and when you’re done you’ll find it much easier to turn your neck with zero pain.
